We are a small team for an high innovative project. We are looking for people who are not afraid of taking responsibility and learn new ways to solve problems.

Skills and abilities

  • Very good understanding of Java and Android lifecycle, garbage collection and design patterns.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of Android apps you have worked on.
  • Experience targeting multiple Android devices, both phones and tablets, from multiple manufacturers and across latest (4.4+) OS versions.
  • Experience with HTTP and REST web services.
  • Experience working with location-based services and GMaps API.
  • A sensibility for great UX and how that affects user retention.
  • Willingness to write clean, elegant, simple, testable code

What we offer

You will be the lead developer of Nextome Android App and of the forks for customers.

We are open to a remote collaboration on project-based single contracts, but also to part-time/full-time contracts.
